The music of Frederic Chopin has moved the hearts and minds of listeners since the 19th Century.
This project uses his complete set of Preludes for solo piano as a catalyst for a discussion on his life.
After a presentation of Matt Freedman's drawings and Emily Manzo's recordings, students are invited to explore and develop their own interpretations of Chopin's unique existence and creative output.
Hey, Chopin! encourages an artistic exploration across disciplines, aiming to connect the History, Music and Visual Arts classrooms.
